Client is a Denmark based software provider to Insurance and Finance domains. They Customized products for their customers as per their requirements.

Business Needs

Client was working on Agile Methodology for development and looking for a testing partner who could work as an extended team and take complete responsibility of product testing with minimum management.,

Challenge

Regular interaction between the testing and development team was required working in different time zones. There were strict timelines for the release of software, So quick retesting and regression testing was required to shorten the test cycle duration.

Our approach

• We deployed a dedicated QA team to the project as per the client's time zone.
• Team lead was responsible for communication, planning and delivery of test results on daily basis.
• Test cases designed by QA team were provided to client's team after reviewing by lead.
• In the initial phase team tested application for module level functional gaps and basic validations of application.
• In the next phase integration testing and final round of regression testing was performed.
• We were able to achieve bug free product and only few enhancements were suggested by customer.
